Dooly’s Ottawa is initiating an “E- Green Solution” for our birthday and Christmas mailings plus our future Newsletter. This initiative will reduce the amount of paper and postage costs we consume annually. Considering our membership database is now over 9000 and growing by several thousand each year, this will be major change in the way we issue your Exclusive Member Rewards.

Here is how the “E- Green Solution” works:

Each member will continue to receive their Birthday and Christmas hours just as you do now. However, you will no longer receive them by Canada Post. Beginning on July 1 we will be e-mailing your hours in the form of an e-coupon. This will appear as a link in an e-mail. You will click on the link and you will be taken to your exclusive and custom e-coupons on our server. Simply print them and present them to us when closing your table after your finished playing pool. We will scan the bar code to verify the validity of the coupons. You will be credited for the e-coupon at that point. The e-coupon will be valid until it is scanned by us. Then it will change its status to “redeemed” once scanned. This e-coupon can be printed as many times as required but it will only work the one time it is scanned.
